Q1: Can I get some samples?
A1: Yes. We usually provide 20-50g samples free of charge.

A2: Our MOQ is flexible. Trial orders of 1-10kg are acceptable, and the standard MOQ for formal orders is 25kg.
Q3: How long is the production and delivery time?
A3: The lead time is about one week after payment is confirmed. Lead times for customized products can be discussed further.
Q4: How do you deliver the goods?
< 50kg: shipped by FedEx, DHL, or other express couriers
≥ 100kg: shipped by air
≥ 100kg: shipped by sea
We can also arrange shipping according to your preference.
